What’s available inside?

The lower level is for individual academy members. It has five bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen, 1 laundry area, a large meeting/training room that can seat 25 people, and a two car garage with storage cabinets for personal items.

The upper level rooms

The upper level is available now, and can be accessed through the meeting room, or it has it’s own separate entrance, if preferred.
There are a total of five bedrooms, each fully furnished with a bed, desk, dresser and closet or armoire. The kitchen is equipped with two refrigerators, a stove, microwave and all necessary kitchen accessories.

The entire facility is set up much like an Airbnb with all the amenities.
Additionally, all utilities are included: Electric, gas, water, sewer, heating, cooling, trash and WIFI.

Room Rates:

Room rates will vary from $900-$1250 per room depending on room size,
availability and number of rooms booked for corporate/professional use. Academy membership included!
